I feel fortunate to have Dr. Rosenblum as my ophthalmologist.

The exit process is as important as intake process in an office. Very good experience. Some physicians' offices don't focus there. Also...Shohanna rocks!

Dr. Husted is the only provider I know who not only invited me to call him at home following surgery, but when I did call he was very reassuring. Most importantly, he didn't appear irritated at being disturbed outside of office hours. These are rare and honorable qualities.

Dr. Rosenblum was very thorough - I did not feel rushed and felt that if I had the need to discuss anything further he would have been willing to give me the time needed. I like his mannerism very much.

Office staff is outstanding. Rachel is exceedingly courteous, helpful, and efficient.

As a retired military ophthalmologist, COL (Ret) Husted's military background shows consistently - his values center on patient care first rather than profit through volume and cost cutting that patients experience with indebted board-certified doctors. For anyone needing scar tissue laser surgery, I can only say my own experience was that it took Dr. Penrose about 5 to 10 minutes and I was on my way home.
