As a retired military ophthalmologist, COL (Ret) Husted's military background shows consistently - his values center on patient care first rather than profit through volume and cost cutting that patients experience with indebted board-certified doctors. This is also reflected in the careful choice of new partners (whom I have only occasionally seen but who have also been excellent) and in staff that is clearly superior to that in other private practices in the area.

— Caron PearceFor anyone needing scar tissue laser surgery, I can only say my own experience was that it took Dr. Penrose about 5 to 10 minutes and I was on my way home. No after effects- on an eye that had clouded vision. It is now as clear as the other one with absolutely no pain what so ever.

I am just crazy about the Restor lenses Dr. Rosenblum implanted. The distance vision is crystal clear; I can drive and thread my needles without glasses. I find myself using glasses only for my piano work which I simple; I simply leave the glasses next to the piano unless I am playing. I would recommend them to any patient; within 6 weeks I noticed no halos around lights or problems. Thank you for my successful surgery and great vision!
